1. Business-to-Business Only
SaborCol is a wholesale importer and distributor serving supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, distributors, and producers. We do not sell to individual consumers. Pricing, minimums, and terms are provided through quotes and wholesale accounts.
2. Quotes, Orders & Pricing
Catalog listings are informational and do not constitute an offer. Prices, availability, case packs, and minimum order quantities are confirmed at the time of quote and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and credit approval.
3. Compliance
SaborCol operates as a registered importer of record and maintains FDA registration, FSMA, HACCP, and C-TPAT compliance. Customers and suppliers are responsible for providing accurate product, labeling, and regulatory information.
4. Shipping, Cold Chain & Risk
Delivery schedules, cold-chain handling, and fulfillment terms are defined per account. Title and risk of loss transfer according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on each order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and brand assets on this site are the property of SaborCol or their respective brand owners and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaborCol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
